Challenge: To create an email campaign that will inspire professional men to visit their local Macy’s store.
Goal: To convince Macy’s male clientele to buy sweaters in-store during the sale event and to increase fall sweater revenue.
Solution: I used an urgent tone to reinforce the time-sensitive nature of the event and encourage promptness. I made finding their local store quick and easy by hyperlinking to the Macy’s locations landing page. To prevent clientele from losing interest, I kept the copy concise, while still highlighting the sale’s benefits.
